2008-11-03 : There was large turnout for the first ever ’89 batch trip on the 1st and 2nd of Nov. Participants enjoyed immensely and many requests came asking this to be made an annual event. On behalf of the organizing committee we would like to thank everyone who participated and also helped make this event a roaring success.

Organizing committee hopes to publish photographs and also the financial details of the trip on this site in due course.

Mangala Banneyake (banneyake@optusnet.com.au), who most of you might remember from our 1989 batch, together with one of our previous head prefects called Keshawa Edirisinghe is organizing the Inaugural DS Dinner Dance in Melbourne to be held this November. He is trying to get the message across to more than 150 DS old boys believed to be living in Melbourne at present.
